To schedule an appointment, go to your account scheduling portal and search for the collection facility nearest you. Once a site is chosen, click “Schedule an Appointment” and follow the instructions. Please keep a copy of your appointment confirmation.

You may make changes by calling your designated collection facility. We will allow you to pick a new day and time if your plans change. If you need to pick a different location, then you will need to cancel the appointment and make a new one at a different location.

Yes. You can schedule as many as needed, one at a time. You may schedule all donors for the same date of collection.

You may schedule a visit up to few months in advance.  By going through the scheduling portal or by calling our laboratory. When the day arrives for your visit, all your paperwork is done. When you arrive, you are ready to be seen with no further verification required.

We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. However, if you are early or late and we have time slots available, we will service you immediately.

You can cancel a previously scheduled appointment by calling your designated collection facility. Be sure to have your confirmation number available.

All Accel DATS collection facilities are opened Monday through Saturday from 6am to 7pm.

Your role in the performance of a lab test is to provide a specimen that will be analyzed in a laboratory. The specimen you provide might be a small amount of a body fluid such as blood, saliva, or urine, or a sample of hair or nail. You can be assured that Accel staff will make the specimen collection process as safe, quick, and comfortable as possible, while safeguarding your dignity and privacy.

Prior to visiting Accel DATS collection facility, you may want to review your request form for special instructions. Sometimes special preparation is required to improve the accuracy of a test.

When visiting a collection facility, you should bring the following information with you:

• The test request form requesting laboratory testing
• A photo ID (for example, a driver's license or valid passport,)

Children must always be supervised while at our facilities. Please plan. Note: You may not bring children inside the collection area during a drug screen procedure.

Your test results will be available to your account portal on the same day after specimen collection. Depending on the complexity of the tests, or if additional confirmation is needed, results may be available in two to seven days.
